What are the Fitness Boot Camp work out’s like?
No work out is ever boring! The work out’s not anything like the work outs you would get at a regular “gym” or other co-ed Boot Camps. Our work out’s were created by a group of highly skilled athletes and coaches with the goal of giving you a challenging but yet encouraging experience. The training routines have elements of Calisthenics, Croos-Fit, Kick-Boxing and MMA.
We use an great amount of variety and have combined a curriculum of over 100 different work out routines so that you will never have the same exact work out in the same week or not even the same month!
Will I get punched or kicked during the classes where Kick Boxing is used?
Absolutely not! This are not sparring sessions or anything that resembles that. You will learn the basics of kick boxing and be hitting “Thai pads” and “bags”. you will never have contact with your partners or instructors.
Kick Boxing is known to burn 600 calories per hour, so learning and using this skills are very useful for both getting in shape and learning self-defense while you are at it.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all! However, this is a very common question. We are here to get you in shape, no matter what kind of shape you are, we will work with you in order to help you achieve your fitness goals.
