These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://www.zinganobjj.com (the “Site”), operated by Malignant Martial Arts LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms, make purchases, or enter into agreements through the Site on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may register a minor for programs or services we offer, and by doing so represents that they have the authority to do so on the minor’s behalf.
The Site may allow you to request information, book appointments, or sign up for services, classes, or memberships. Submitting a form or booking through the Site does not guarantee availability. By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by email, phone, or text message (where you have opted in) regarding your request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Read and sign all required in-person waivers before participating in any physical activity or class.
If the Site allows you to submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our business. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Zingano BJJ & Muay Thai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
